Welcome to YANTRALOGO (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in our coaching programs, services, and access to our intellectual property. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to abide by these terms.
YANTRALOGO (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is a specialized educational institution that offers coaching on designing logos based on ancient Yantra principles. Our training blends spiritual sciences like astrology, numerology, and sacred geometry with modern design methodologies to create logos that align with business growth and energetic resonance.
We provide:
Online live coaching sessions
Pre-recorded learning materials
Practical assignments and assessments
Proprietary templates and tools
Access to community forums or groups
Certification of completion upon eligibility
Our courses are intended for:
Practicing graphic/logo designers
Students of occult sciences (e.g., astrology, vastu, numerology)
Individuals looking to integrate metaphysical principles into brand identity design
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts.
Program: Yantralogo Mastery Program
Duration: 3 Months
Total Fee: INR 40,000
Registration Fee: INR 5,000 (non-refundable)
Course Fee: INR 35,000 Delivery Mode: Online (Live + 2 Year Recorded Content + Community Access)
The Registration Fee must be paid upfront to confirm enrollment.
The remaining Course Fee (INR 35,000) is payable as per the agreed schedule.
Delayed payments beyond 7 days from the due date may result in restricted access to the course.
No certification will be issued until all dues are cleared.
Within 10 Days: 80% refund on the Course Fee (INR 35,000) may be granted for genuine reasons. Registration Fee (INR 5,000) is non-refundable.
After 10 Days: No refund shall be provided under normal circumstances.
Special Circumstance: If the participant completes 90% of the program and finds no benefit or result, a refund of 80% of the total fee may be requested, subject to company review and approval.
Students agree to:
Attend live sessions regularly
Watch recorded modules
Complete assignments on time
Participate in discussions and feedback exercises
Not share or redistribute course materials
Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions
All materials, templates, lectures, and program content are the exclusive intellectual property of YANTRALOGO (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
Content may be used by participants for personal growth or professional client work.
Teaching, training, or redistributing any content in other programs is strictly prohibited.
The term "Yantralogo" and associated concepts may only be used by certified students of YANTRALOGO (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
Any of the following will lead to removal from the program without refund:
Sharing account credentials or using multiple logins
Attempting to teach the course content without authorisation
Copying, reselling, or distributing program materials
Misbehaviour, harassment, or abusive language toward instructors or other students
All personal data, payment details, and communication are kept confidential.
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Any feedback, testimonials, or submissions may be used for marketing purposes with prior permission.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion only if:
All sessions are attended (live or via recording)
Assignments are submitted
Payment is completed in full
Final assessments (if any) are satisfactorily passed
YANTRALOGO (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:
Terminate or suspend access to any student violating these terms
Modify course structure or instructors as necessary
Cancel a program with due notice and applicable refunds
Students may raise complaints by emailing: info@yantralogo.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
These terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur.
By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed above.
